is automatically covered with insurance up to Rp10 million

The goods were lost by Indonesia Grab driver on 06/12/2018
as informed by Indonesia Grab stated on the Insurance Form.
I feel like The Indonesia Grab CS never help me at all. Even
the claim form I got it from tokopedia CS not from the help of Grab.
Tokopedia CS asked me to claim the insurance directly to Indonesia Grab on 16/12/2019 (the screen shoot
attached)
After 2 months of waiting for the insurance claim’s and I
actively contact the Grab CS by phone and email, the Indonesia Grab CS still never
reply or respond me back until dated 18/02/2019.
Then 18/02/2019 I got
an email from the Indonesia Grab CS asked me to contact back again to the ecommerce tokopedia
CS, why? For what purpose?
Meanwhile, at the beginning of the case, I was instructed by
Tokopedia to settle it with Grab.
I hope that the Grab will help me to get the Insurance claim
ASAP. Thanks .
